Longan nectar can be harvested up to six times a season period. The local farmers and those at Fairylake work together, carefully selecting the third and the fourth harvest of nectar to represent Fairylake longan nectar, so we can enjoy the pure and beautiful season.

竜眼蜂蜜の収穫は多くて六回採取できます。仙湖は地元の蜂蜜農協と協力し、三回目と四回目の厳選された蜂蜜を仙湖蜂蜜の代表にしたもので、お客様に提供しております。

Fairylake longan nectar is of thick flavor and of amber light color; the floral scent, probably mixed with bees’ sweat, is restrained. The taste is sweet but not too sweet, simple but not too easy.

仙湖竜眼蜂蜜は琥珀色して、とっても濃厚。お花の香りが味わいを一層楽しめ、コクのある甘さで飽きが来ない仕上がりになっています。
